is this a page previously posted as a sketch, but now colored? not a new page? are you going to begin posting a colored page from the sketched pages every week now, as you mentioned earlier?
@spas
Yeah, I believe she always does a sketch run of the chapter (at least she did for this one, I only started reading recently), and then posts the colored pages when they’re done. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.
She’s only done the sketch run for this chapter. She wanted to get the chapter done and post to the site so we could see it, so we’ve been able to see a good part of her process now. It’s really fascinating to see.
I’m excited now for this chapter to be colored and finished with the revised and edited script. The coloration is beautiful.
I disagree on making Tavlr translucent. His supernatural nature was well established in the previous chapter, I think.
I did a few sketch pages for Chapter 3, because I ended up moving cross country and updates were very delayed. But this is the first chapter I posted all the sketch pages first.
I need to clear those out soon so that folks reading from the start won’t be totally confused! Probably I’ll re-post them as blog updates so you can compare as the new pages are updated.
Yay, it’s starting! I’m excited. :B
OMG! A Comic! I have looked every Monday (and sometimes Tuesdays, or Wednesdays, or…). I’m glad to see things started back up.

Yay new page! I take it this is the start of chapter four?

I think the shadows could be like the draft of the same page. A more striking shadow to accentuate the moonlight.
And the lord of mountain could be translucent (To enhance the idea of the supernatural nature of it. Like the Lord of Forest in “Pricess Mononoke”)
But your paintings still great anyway!
I’m excited to the next pages!!
